checkout.tn terms of use

The service

These terms of use apply to any use of checkout.tn. checkout.tn lets a seller create order links for their products, share them on their networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or elsewhere), and manage incoming orders from a dashboard. Payment happens on delivery, directly between the seller and their customer: checkout.tn never holds the money from sales.

Free of charge

The service is free: no subscription, no commission on sales, no hidden fees. If optional paid offers ever appear, they will be added on top of the free service without restricting it.

The seller's role

The seller remains solely responsible for their products, their descriptions, their prices, delivery, and compliance with the regulations that apply to their activity. checkout.tn provides the ordering tool, not the goods nor the transport.

checkout.tn's role

We do everything we can to keep the service available and reliable, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend an account in case of fraudulent, illegal or abusive use of the service.

Accounts and access

Opening an account is open and free. The seller is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the activity of their account.

Data

Buyer data (name, phone, address) is collected on the seller's behalf, solely to process the order. See the privacy policy for details.
