Your analytics
What you collected, what is on the way, what was lost, and your conversion rate.
Selling in private messages is selling blind. The Analytics page answers the questions that really matter when you are paid on delivery.

Collected, in progress, lost#
Where to go:DashboardAnalytics
| Indicator | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Realized revenue | Delivered orders, so the money that is actually with you. |
| In progress | Orders still on the way: probable money, not yet earned. |
| Lost | Cancelled orders and refused parcels. |
| Average order | The average amount of an order over the period. |
Visits and conversion#
The visit count is how many times your order pages were opened. The conversion rate is the share of those visits that became orders. It is the honest measure of your page and of your advertising.
The refusal rate#
The share of parcels refused at the door, the invisible cost of cash on delivery. Following it tells you whether your ads are bringing the right buyers.
The delivery margin#
What you charge for delivery minus what your courier charges you. That figure only appears once you have entered your courier's cost in the settings.
Looking at a single product#
The filter at the top of the page narrows every number to one product: its visits, its orders and its conversion. Handy for comparing two ads.
