Cash on delivery, your delivery fees, and the moment you collect the money.

checkout.tn is built around cash on delivery: your customer pays nothing online, they pay cash when the parcel arrives. You collect the whole amount, and we take nothing along the way.

Your delivery fees#

The fee charged to your customer is set once for the whole store, in the settings. It is added to the total on the order page, after any discount. A product can carry its own amount, or free delivery.

What your courier costs you#

Also set what your courier charges you per parcel. That figure is never shown to your customers: it is what lets your analytics work out your delivery margin, so you know whether your fees pay for themselves.

Collecting the money#

When you get the money back from your courier, mark the order as paid from its detail. That is what separates, in your numbers, an order that was delivered from an order that was paid.
